After: Every renter with address and payment terms, ready to pick for a new reservation.
4Rental invoice
Before: After the return, recounting rental days and retyping an invoice.
After: After the return the rental invoice is ready as a draft: rental days times day rate, with VAT.

Before: Only at month end seeing what the equipment earned.
After: Every day a view of what is out, what is overdue and what still needs invoicing.
