Above the included documents you pay €0,25 per document — never a forced upgrade. Every plan has an AI budget; premium models (Opus, Fable, Gemini Pro) run on Complete or on any plan with your own API key. Extra users are added per seat on Core and Pro; Complete is unlimited. Several entities in one environment (Complete): the 2nd to 5th at 40% off, from the 6th at 60% off.

Questions about pricing
What counts as an entity?
One entity is one accounting unit with its own ledger — usually one limited company, foundation or association. A holding with three operating companies therefore has four entities. Your proposal always shows exactly how many entities are included, and you can add or close one at any time. On Complete, the second to fifth entity in the same environment costs 40% less and from the sixth 60% less.
Why isn't Fiatto cheaper?
Because we price to the value delivered. The free data scan shows what can be recovered in your books — duplicate invoices, overpayments, missed revenue. Fiatto also often replaces several point tools at once: invoice processing, purchase approval, contract management and receivables in one controllable chain. Preventing a single duplicate invoice often pays for months of subscription.
Who is Enterprise for?
For groups with multiple entities, public organisations and anyone with requirements such as SAP connectivity, SSO/SCIM, an SLA or sector-specific processes. You get a dedicated contact and guided implementation. Enterprise starts at €1,250 per month on an annual contract; guided implementation is charged separately.
