Visma Cash stays your system of record. Fiatto handles what comes before it — request, approval, receipt and matching — and hands over the result under control, with a preview posting before every entry.
What the Visma Cash integration does
- Approved purchase invoices to Visma Cash as purchase entries, with VAT and expense account
- Sales invoices to Visma Cash, so receivables there reconcile
- Preview posting before posting: you see the journal lines before anything lands in Visma Cash
- Journal entries you draft or import in Fiatto, plus the monthly inventory journal, as balanced postings in Visma Cash
- Credit notes go along as regular entries
Good to know
- Integration status: the Visma Cash integration is built and tested, but not yet proven in production at a customer. Go-live happens per customer, starting with a test posting in your own books.
- Fiatto does not send leases (IFRS 16), depreciation or the payroll journal to Visma Cash automatically: that link exists only for SAP. You can draft them as a journal entry in Fiatto and send that to Visma Cash.
- Connecting uses an API key or technical user from Visma Cash; those details are stored encrypted.
- The Dutch standard chart of accounts (RGS) helps map accounts between Fiatto and Visma Cash.
