What you get
Your price is fixed for 24 months
You pay the regular rate of your plan on the day you start, and that rate does not change for two years. Not even within the price room the terms normally allow.
A direct line to the builder
No ticket system and no queue. Your questions and reports go straight to the person who builds Fiatto, and a bug you run into is the first thing we pick up.
You help decide what comes next
Every month we discuss what you are missing. What several pilot companies need moves up the roadmap, and the changelog shows when it has arrived.
Help with the switch
Together we set up your suppliers, budgets and approval rules, and we look over your first orders and invoices until it runs without us.
What we ask of you
- You start working with Fiatto for real within a month of starting, beginning with purchasing.
- Once a month you take half an hour to tell us what works and what does not.
- If you are happy after six months, we may ask whether you would say so publicly. You can always say no.

Frequently asked questions
What does it cost to join?
The same as for any other company: the rate of the plan you choose, starting with a free 14-day trial. The difference is that your rate is fixed for 24 months.
Am I tied to anything?
No. With monthly billing you can cancel monthly, just as without the pilot. The fixed price applies as long as you remain a customer, up to 24 months after you start.
What if Fiatto can't do something yet?
Then we would like to hear it before you start. In the introduction we walk through your process and tell you honestly what is already there, what is coming soon and what does not fit.
