No more receipts sitting in your wallet until the end of the month. You photograph the receipt with your phone, type a short description and Fiatto adds it to your expense claim.
From receipt to approval
Even without signal
The scan screen opens even when you have no connection. The receipt stays on your phone and is sent as soon as you are back online. On a shared device, nobody else sees your receipts.
Fiatto reads the receipt for you
Shop, date, amount and currency appear as a suggestion in your claim. You check it before you submit, because Fiatto doesn't change anything itself.
A duplicate receipt stands out
Fiatto recognises a receipt by its content. If the same receipt is attached to another claim too, the reviewer sees that it may be a duplicate.
Mileage and foreign receipts
You can also claim kilometres driven at a rate, and receipts in currencies such as dollars, pounds and Swiss francs, with the exchange rate included.
Approved in the same inbox
The claim reaches the approver in the same inbox as purchase requests. The submitter is notified as soon as a decision is made.
In every plan
Expense claims and receipt scanning are part of every plan, including Kern. Everyone in the team can claim expenses without an extra module.
Good to know
- Reading the receipt gives a suggestion. Check the amount before you submit the claim.
- For mileage you can compare the rate with the Dutch tax-free allowance for the chosen year. That is an aid per line, not tax advice.
- Add Fiatto to your phone's home screen and it opens like an app. On an iPhone you do that via Share and then Add to Home Screen.
