For the CFO
See what you have committed to before the invoice arrives.
You want to know where your cash is going, not find out afterwards where it went. Fiatto records a commitment as soon as it is approved and then connects to the accounting system you already use.
Where it hurts today
- Commitments only show up with the invoice, while budget and cash were hit long before.
- Approvals are scattered across email, Teams and spreadsheets, and together they are no reliable audit trail.
- Purchasing, sales, bank and accounting each tell a different story.
What you use most in Fiatto
The CFO cockpit
A 13-week bank forecast and a 12-month commitment forecast in one place. From any line you click through to the posting and the decision behind it.
Budget check before approval
A request is checked against the budget before anyone approves it. Once it is approved, the commitment is recorded, before the invoice exists.
Authorities and segregation of duties
A delegation of authority (DoA) matrix decides who may approve what. The segregation of duties analysis shows where rights in the purchasing chain combine in a risky way.
Frequently asked questions
Do we have to replace our accounting system?
No. Fiatto works on top of your existing accounting, such as Exact, AFAS, Twinfield, Moneybird or SAP. Approved invoices go to your system with a preview posting; general ledger, VAT return and year-end close stay where they are today.
Does the AI decide on our spending?
No. AI agents make proposals, for example the coding of an invoice without a purchase order. Every proposal waits, with a confidence score, for a person to approve it.
